We warrant all of our items for in home use to be free from manufacturer’s defects. Warranty periods will differ by product or individual component. The warranty period commences the day the item ships from our warehouses, regardless of whether the item has been installed or not.

Shuffleboard Tables

Most Playcraft shuffleboard tables are warranted for 1 year against defects in materials and manufacturing. This warranty is subject to the following limitations;

  • Original Purchaser – This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.
  • Components Covered – Cradle, playfield, legs, decorative hardware, weights and electronic scoring. Items specifically excluded from this warranty are carpeting and speed wax.
  • Assembly – All damaged or defective parts must be identified prior to proceeding with the assembly process. Do not assemble the table if damaged or defective parts are identified. 
  • Moving – Moving the table can cause injury and damage the table. Parts damaged due to moving the table are not covered by the warranty.
  • Wear and Tear – Conditions deemed by us to have occurred during use, expected due to age or caused by acts of nature, are not covered by this warranty
  • Leveling – Once a shuffelboard table cradle and playfield are leveled they may settle over time and become unlevel. A table or playfield that must be releveled is not defective. Leveling is considered part of the maintenance of the shuffleboard table and is not covered under warranty
  • Processing a Claim – In the event a defect in materials or manufacturing is suspected, stop the assembly process and immediately notify the retailer where purchased or GMInc. through the support website. Clear and detailed images along with a description of the damage or defect will be required to initiate the warranty claim. A determination will be made if damaged or defective parts need to be returned for further inspection to validate the claim.
  • Associated Costs – The warranty does not cover any associated costs including but not limited to loss of use, shipping costs or labor.


Pool Tables

Most Playcraft pool tables are warranted for 5 years against defects in materials and manufacturing. This warranty is subject to the following limitations;

  • Original Purchaser – This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.
  • Components Covered – Rails, aprons, legs, slate, internal supports and metal decorative hardware. Items specifically excluded from this warranty are cushions, pockets/pocket liners and cloth.
  • Assembly – The warranty applies only to tables that have been assembled by a verified professional or experienced slate pool table installer. All damaged or defective parts must be identified prior to proceeding with the assembly process. Do not assemble the table if damaged or defective parts are identified.
  • Moving – Do not move the table once it is assembled. Moving the table can cause injury and damage the table. Parts damaged due to moving the table are not covered by the warranty.
  • Wear and Tear – Conditions deemed by us to have occurred during use, expected due to age or caused by acts of nature, are not covered by this warranty
  • Leveling – Once a slate pool table is leveled it may settle over time and become unlevel. A table that must be releveled is not defective. Leveling is considered part of the maintenance of the pool table and is not covered under warranty
  • Processing a Claim – In the event a defect in materials or manufacturing is suspected, stop the assembly process and immediately notify the retailer where purchased or GMInc. through the support website. Lifetime Warranty

Lifetime warranty on non-consumable parts. Non-consumable parts refer to the structural integrity and craftsmanship of the table including fasteners, legs, and feet, and finish. Not included in the lifetime warranty are the consumable components which get wear as a result of normal use, these include playing surface, armrest material, and foam components.

90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

The Manufacturer warrants to the original retail purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase. The Manufacturer’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its option, of any defective product and shall not include any liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Should this product become defective due to material or workmanship within the warranty period, contact our Customer Service Department. This warranty is not transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper usage, negligence, misuse, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accident (including failure to follow the instructions in this manual). It does not cover expendable items such as batteries, light bulbs, fuses, accessories, cosmetic parts and other items that wear out due to normal usage, including felt covered areas of the playing surface. This warranty is also void if the product is disassembled and reassembled, damaged, modified from its original state, or used for other than indoor personal residential use (no commercial or rental applications). This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Hudson Shuffleboards Inc. guarantees its shuffleboard tables against defects in material or workmanship, excluding normal
wear and tear. At its sole discretion, Hudson Shuffleboards will elect to either repair or replace any parts that are deemed to
be defective. This warranty is valid from the initial date of purchase and is subject to the restrictions set forth below:

  • 60 day warranty for the electronic score unit including wires, lights, and control panels.
  • 1 year warranty for the Cradle and Legs against any manufacturer defects.
  • 3 year warranty for the playing board against any manufacturer defects.

Please note that wood has characteristics which are outside the control of the manufacturer. Wood is a natural
material and reacts to environmental conditions including temperature and humidity. Wood can shrink and swell in
response to the surrounding environment in which they are located. In order to insure stability of the wood, it is
important that the shuffleboard be maintained in an environment with steady humidity between 35% - 55%. Natural
variations of color and grain patterns are not considered a manufacturing defect.

  • Lifetime warranty for the polymer on the playing surface.


Returns and Repairs

  • Hudson Shuffleboards will replace the defective part(s) and is not required to replace the complete shuffleboard.
  • Parts requested by Hudson Shuffleboards Customer Service Department shall be returned to Hudson Shuffleboards via LTL. Shipping will be pre-paid by the customer.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be assigned to all return shipments. Shipments delivered to Hudson Shuffleboards without a RA number will be refused and all shipping and labor costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • If Hudson Shuffleboards determines the part(s) to be defective, Hudson Shuffleboards will repair and/or replace the part(s). At this point, the cost of shipping the defective product to Hudson Shuffleboards shall be reimbursed.
  • Repairs or replacement of any defective parts fulfills Hudson Shuffleboards of obligations related to the shuffleboard.


Warranty Limitations

  • This Warranty only applies to the initial purchaser of the shuffleboard and is non-transferable. Initial purchase must be made from Hudson Shuffleboards or any of our Authorized Dealers.
  • Any claim must be made through Hudson Shuffleboards or one of our Authorized Dealers.
  • This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any items that have been altered, misused, neglected, improperly maintained, or force majeure.
  • This Warranty does not cover any damage caused in the installation process. This includes shipping, unpacking, and installing of the shuffleboard.
  • This Warranty does not cover any damage caused to the playing surface by improper adjustments to the climatic adjusters or improper installation and leveling of the cradle. Please contact Hudson Shuffleboards for proper instructions prior to adjusting the climatics and cradle.
  • This Warranty does not cover electrical components used outdoors.
  • “Outdoor All-Weather” shuffleboards must include an outdoor table cover at the time of original purchase to validate warranty.
  • The owner is responsible for installation and costs to remove or replace the warranted part.

IMPERIAL OUTDOOR POOL TABLE LIMITED WARRANTY

Imperial International warrants their outdoor-style pool tables against defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years following completion of purchase by agreeing to repair all parts proven to be defective and subject to such warranty. This warranty excludes coverage of cloth and rubber components. The pool table must have been purchased from a dealer that is currently or was an Authorized Imperial International Dealer at the time of purchase.

All claims under this Limited Warranty must be made through an Authorized Imperial International Dealer. Proof of purchase from an Authorized Imperial International Dealer may be required to validate a claim against the Limited Warranty if the claim is made through a dealer other than the Authorized Imperial International dealer that originally sold the pool table.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the table and is non-transferable. This Limited Warranty is void if an authorized Imperial International dealer or agent does not install the pool table.

This Limited Warranty does not imply the replacement of the entire pool table, but it does cover the replacement of such part or parts of the pool table that may prove to be defective. Any and all parts submitted for warranty replacement must be shipped to Imperial International prepaid for inspection. If, after examination and at the sole discretion of Imperial International, the part or parts are determined to be defective, they will be repaired or replace and returned prepaid.

Replacement of any such defective part or parts shall constitute the complete fulfillment of any and all obligation with respect to such product. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty that may be expressed or implied in any way. Imperial international neither assumes, nor authorizes any person or dealer to assume, imply, and/or extend on behalf of Imperial International any other obligation or liability other than expressed herein.

This Limited Warranty excludes damage caused by accident, misuse, alteration, abuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or any other natural disaster. Acts of war, terrorism, or any other form of violence are also excluded from this warranty.

 

POOL TABLE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Imperial International warrants their wood line of furniture-style pool tables against defects in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser by agreeing to repair any and all parts proven to be defective and subject to such warranty. The pool table must have been purchased from a dealer that is currently or was an Authorized Imperial International Dealer at the time of purchase.

All claims under this Limited Lifetime Warranty must be made through an Authorized Imperial International Dealer. Proof of purchase from an Authorized Imperial International Dealer may be required to validate a claim against the Limited Lifetime Warranty if the claim is made through a dealer other than the Authorized Imperial International dealer that originally sold the pool table.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the table and is non-transferable. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is void if an authorized Imperial International dealer or agent does not install the pool table.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not imply the replacement of the entire pool table but it does cover the replacement of such part or parts of the pool table that may prove to be defective. Any and all parts submitted for warranty replacement must be shipped to Imperial International prepaid for inspection. If, after examination and at the sole discretion of Imperial International, the part or parts are determined to be defective, they will be repaired or replace and returned prepaid.

ACCESSORIES WARRANTY

All Imperial accessory products are unconditionally guaranteed to be FREE of manufacturing defects. If any item is received defective, we will replace it at no charge if returned to us unused within fifteen (15) days of delivery.

FREIGHT DAMAGE

Imperial International is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. You should not accept merchandise without inspecting the cartons for damage. If there is damage, do not accept the delivery and contact the freight company to file a claim.

Imperial will not accept returns for items that have become shop worn or shelf worn.

5 year warranty. Structural, excludes wearable parts.

All games are warrantied for one year from the date of your purchase. Coin-operated and programmable pool tables come with a two year warranty. Gold Standard Games / Shelti extends the following warranty to the original purchaser of their goods. In the event of product failure, Gold Standard Games / Shelti will at it’s discretion repair or replace any parts which fail or malfunction due to defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period. We make no express warranty regarding this product, except and to the extent provided in our limited product warranty. Warranty claims, are subject to the following:

  • Gold Standard Games / Shelti may request that the defective part be returned to the factory for inspection.
  • Warranty does not cover freight damage, shipping and handling, or installation of replacement parts.
  • Gold Standard Games / Shelti may substitute parts of equal or greater value, or choose to replace the entire game.
  • Product failure caused by mis-use, abuse, accident or neglect are not covered under warranty.

Information we collect from you may also be used to advise you of product updates, recalls or service bulletins. Gold Standard Games / Shelti maintains an archive of assembly instructions for current and older model games on the company website which can be found at: www.gold-standard-games.com. RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

Each order is custom made to specification and therefore is not subject to cancellation, nor returnable. Do not submit an order unless certain that all information is correct and acceptance of the product is confirmed.

FIVE YEAR WARRANTY

Except for normal wear and tear, DARAFEEV guarantees all products against defects in material or workmanship for five years from the date of purchase by the original owner and will repair or replace any and all parts proven to be defective at the sole discretion of DARAFEEV Inc. Original invoice required on all warranty claims.

DARAFEEV will repair or replace at our discretion any wood frame or assembly that structurally fails during normal home use due to a manufacturing defect. Should a product be discontinued within that time, DARAFEEV will make every attempt to repair the item; however, if repair is not possible, we will replace the defective item with a similar product in a similar fabric and/or finish.

Cloth, fabrics, leather, ultraviolet discoloring of light finishes are not covered. Additionally not covered under this warranty are solid wood and hardwood veneers which are influenced by the external environment, some parts of your furniture, and/or other specific conditions. This warranty does not cover warping, splitting, shrinking, sticking, season splits, cracking, denting, or checking of any solid wood or veneer parts used in products manufactured by DARAFEEV. To minimize these conditions, DARAFEEV strongly recommends that the environment around the wood products be kept at a relative humidity of 25%-35% year-round, and products are stored flat, where applicable. This warranty does not cover any natural effect in solid wood such as color variations or graining.
Repair or replacement of any defective parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the product.
This warranty does not require the replacement of the entire product.

This warranty is void if the product has not been assembled, deluxe, and thoroughly inspected by an authorized DARAFEEV representative or our factory-approved agent, prior to delivery to the end-user. All claims must be made through an authorized DARAFEEV representative or our factory-approved agent.
This warranty does not extend to any DARAFEEV products sold for commercial purposes or used in commercial environments.

If repairs become necessary more than five years from the date of the original purchase, DARAFEEV will repair the product at its factory for the original owner under the following conditions: (1) all freight charges will be the sole responsibility of the owner (2) all labor charges, if any, necessary to disassemble, prepare for the return and reassemble must be performed by an authorized DARAFEEV representative or our factory-approved agent, and the cost of that labor will be the sole responsibility of the original owner.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Shuffle Tech International, LLC (“Shuffle Tech”) warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

1. For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, if the product is determined to be defective, Shuffle Tech will, at its option, either (a) repair your product with new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace it with a new or refurbished product.

2. To obtain warranty service, please download the Repair Service Form and follow the instructions on that form.   Machines must be packaged in the original packaging or in another packaging adequate to avoid damage in shipment. Shuffle Tech reserves the right to demand original proof of purchase when the product cannot be verified by Shuffle Tech as purchased within one year prior to the RMA request. Repaired machines will be returned freight prepaid to customers within the continental United States.

LIMITED WARRANTY LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS

Shuffle Tech’s warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, power surge, abuse, negligence, commercial use, modification of, or to any part of, the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to an improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by Shuffle Tech to service the product.

This warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product.

This product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of the original retail purchase.

This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to improper installation, alteration, accident, or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer. Defects or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover scratching or damage that may result from normal usage.

This product is not intended for institutional or commercial use; the manufacturer does not assume any liability for such use. Institutional or commercial use will void this warranty.

This warranty is non-transferable and is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. During the warranty period, the manufacturer shall repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the purchaser. Shipping charges and insurance are not covered and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Labor charges and related expenses for removal, installation or replacement of the product or components are not covered under this warranty.

The manufacturer reserves the right to make substitutions to warranty claims if parts are unavailable or obsolete.

The manufacturer shall not be liable for loss of use of the product or other consequential or incidental costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the consumer of any other use. The user assumes all risks of injury resulting from the use of this product.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for use to the extent permitted by Federal or state law. Neither the manufacturer nor any of its representatives assume any other liability in connection with this product.

All warranty claims must be made through the retailer where the product was originally purchased. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of purchase will be required to process all warranty claims. The model number and part numbers found within the assembly instructions will be required when submitting any parts requests or warranty claims.

Performance Games, Inc. (PGI), the manufacturer, extends the following warranty to the original purchase of any PGI home product for a period of 2 (two) years form the date of purchase, for units employed in ordinary home use (non-commercial applications). All products must be purchased from an authorized PGI dealer to obtain warranty coverage.

Warranty Statement:

PGI will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part(s), excluding installation and labor, which fail or malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. Any replacement parts provided are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. Such warranty part(s), repairs or replacements are subject to the following conditions:

  • Owner must ship (or otherwise deliver) the defective part(s) to PGI and enclose a brief description of the nature of the problem, the address to which the replacement part(s) should be shipped, the model name, and verification of purchase date and ownership (copy of sales receipt).

Note: Completing and returning the attached Registration Card at time of purchase eliminates the requirement of a sales receipt if a warranty claim is later made.

  • Owner is responsible for shipping charges to and from the manufacturer’s facility.

  • PGI reserves the rights to substitute parts of equal or greater value and comparable function, in the event such parts have been modified or enhanced since the original owner’s product was purchased.

Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Any failure caused by or resulting from abuse, neglect or accident; improper use, modification, service, maintenance or repair; or normal wear and tear.

  • Cabinet exterior and decorative finishes, including scratches, scrapes, and nicks in surfaces.

  • Installation or labor cost, in any form, incurred in any manner. Only part repairs or replacements are provided.

  • Damages incurred in shipping, unpacking, set-up, and installation.

  • Commercial or industrial users.

  • Tables located outside the United States and Canada.

JP Commerce expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to the sites or their use, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that JP Commerce, its directors, officers, employees, or other representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content, or use of the JP Commerce sites. You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

WARRANTY PERIOD

In keeping with its high standards of quality, Rock-Ola Manufacturing LLC provides consumer purchasers with a one (1) year (from delivery date) Limited Warranty for normal use only.
This one (1) year Limited Warranty is hereafter referred to as The Warranty Period and is subject to certain conditions (as outlined below).

WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS

Rock-Ola Manufacturing LLC will replace, any component part which is defective or that malfunctions within the warranty period.

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY

Every component part returned to Rock-Ola Manufacturing LLC shall be examined.

Malfunctions, defects or failures of any component parts due to alterations made to the jukebox, improper or negligent use or abuse, or use of the machine for rental purposes or use not in accordance with the Instruction Guide provided with the machine are excluded under this Warranty.

Any attempt to repair/tamper with the machine voids the Warranty.

The warranty does not include a refund of the purchase price.

Use of the machine for commercial purposes (other than rental) is covered by this Warranty for a One (1) year Warranty Period only to the extent that malfunctions, defects, or failures of the machine or component parts are not due to alterations made to the machine, improper or negligent use or abuse, or use not in accordance with the Instruction Guide provided with the machine, or normal commercial wear and tear.

FURTHER LIMITATIONS

In no event shall Rock-Ola Manufacturing LLC be liable for any consequential or incidental damages you may incur in connection with the purchase and use of the machine; including, without limitation, commercial loss or for any incidental expenses, damage from improper use of either machine or products used in the machine, loss of time, or inconvenience.

The equipment must have a valid planned maintenance schedule which must be carried out in accordance with the Instruction guide.

All daily checks of the equipment must be carried out in accordance with current Health and Safety Legislation.

Rock-Ola Manufacturing LLC may request the service and maintenance records relating to the jukebox.

All American Heritage Billiard pool tables are guaranteed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and craftsmanship from the date of purchase of the original owner. Cloth is not included with purchase. Purchase your choice of cloth style and color separately.

Variations in wood materials are to be expected. Organic variations in grain, color, and texture are naturally occurring properties of wood and do not qualify for a warranty claim.

All American Heritage Billiard shuffleboards are guaranteed by a robust warranty against manufacturing defects and craftsmanship from the date of purchase of the original owner as follows:

- The cradle/cabinet is warranted against splitting, cracking or warping from the date of purchase of the original owner.
- The shuffleboard playfield is warranted to be free of manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner from cracking, chipping or fogging

Warranty does not include re-leveling of the table after a successful initial installation.

The warranty is 90 days on the cabinet and 1 year on the computer and components (ex: video card).
