This page, along with our return and warranty policies are arguably the most important pages on our website so please make sure you familiarize yourself with how to protect yourself from shipping damage! If you note damages accordingly, we are able to quickly solve any issues and send out replacement parts and provide our world class customer service!

 

Please ensure that if there are no obvious signs of damage and you are going to sign for the pallet to receive the shipment, include the words “SUBJECTED TO FURTHER INSPECTION FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE” with your signature on the Bill of Lading. Doing so will make sure you will be covered in case of a damage inside the boxes. Signing the Bill of Lading without adding any notes, means that you accepted the shipment and agreed that the products are in a good condition, and you will not be covered for any damage.


Order confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

Shipping information:

Your order will ship within 4-5 business days from the date of your order, although we strive to fulfill all customer’s orders as soon as possible. Your product will arrive within 7-10 business days with no guarantees. Products that are made to order or custom, can take 3-6 weeks to be delivered. We currently ship only within the USA, to the lower 48 states, and we do not ship to PO Boxes, Freight forwarders, Military addresses, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.

Order tracking:

Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@gamingblaze.com

Upgraded shipping options:

Upgraded shipping options are available for some of our products for an extra charge. Some products are not eligible for upgraded shipping. In a situation that you placed an order with upgraded shipping, and it's not eligible, we will process the order with "Curbside Delivery" and we won't charge you for the extra shipping option.

Freight information - IMPORTANT:

All Gaming Blaze game tables are shipping with Standard Freight service that includes curbside delivery. This means that the truck driver will deliver the shipment roadside or to the end of the driveway/curb. In some cases, adding a lift-gate service won't be possible, or the product will be too large to use the lift-gate. Due to the size of the package, the driver has the right to refuse using the lift-gate if he/she doesn't feel safe using it. In this case, it's the customer's responsibility to help the driver offload package the truck. Please be prepared that when delivering the shipment to your home or business, it is your responsibility to transfer the package from the truck to your garage, or wherever you might want to store the package, and to assemble the product.

Shipping receiving instructions - IMPORTANT:

All orders from Gaming Blaze which require shipping are subject to the following shipping guidelines. Please read this carefully, if you do not report damage to your products according to the proper protocol you waive your liability to file shipping insurance and Gaming Blaze will not be responsible for damages or filing concealed damage. Please read this carefully.

All game tables from Gaming Blaze ship via ground freight, fully insured. In the event that your product is damaged in transit, as long as your follow our receiving instructions we will be able to send out a replacement for you immediately.

Here's how to properly receive your game table:

BOX COUNT
Inspect all boxes and make sure you have all the pieces to your order. Check the bill of lading from the delivery company to make sure you have all your boxes. Report any missing boxes to the driver and NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING. Get it in writing!

CHECK FOR DAMAGE
Next inspect all the boxes for anything that looks like damage. A punctured or smashed box, open it and make sure that there is no damage. In the event of damage, you must report it to the driver and NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING. If you do not note the damage on the bill of lading you are confirming that you received the goods in perfect condition and you release the shipping company of any liability on the shipment.

In case you didn't get that – if you sign the bill of lading you cannot claim damage afterwards. Gaming Blaze is not responsible for shipping damage discovered after signing the bill of lading. Manufacturers defect is not the same as concealed damage.

In the event that something is damaged:

Note the damage to the driver and make sure you have it in writing on the bill of lading and delivery paperwork. Call us immediately, we will make sure your replacement pieces get arranged to be shipped out quickly.

DO NOT accept the damaged box, send it back with the driver. Please keep the boxes which are in good condition.

GAMING BLAZE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF NOT INSPECTING THE ORDER DURING DELIVERY.
